  Extremely disappointing service, I ordered my son's new school blazer on the 1st of August in time to be able to swap it if the size was wrong for him starting school on the 5th September. I was told his blazer would arrive no later than the 15th August to his school. It didn't arrive. I contacted them immediately to be told it would arrive the next day. It didn't. I spoke with them again, which is no easy task as they won't take calls until after 4.30 each day. They said there had been a mistake at their end and the blazer would get to me before my son started school. I finally got the blazer a week before he starts school, however, it's too small. (The reason why I ordered it early in the first place, to have time to exchange it) I contacted identity, after 4.30 and asked if they could get a bigger blazer to me asap, a very rude women said it would be impossible. She eventually passed me on to a male member of staff who said send the blazer back and we will post one to your home address in time for your son starting school. Well I'm still waiting for it to arrive, the post has been and still no blazer. It's Sunday tomorrow, my son starts school Monday. I may have to drive over an hour and a half to the shop tomorrow to get a blazer so my son can attend his first day back in full uniform. I will be looking for a different uniform supplier next year. I believe identity have taken on more than they can chew.

  a truly disappointing company to deal with. firstly asked advice on sizing and told which sizes to buy. the two ladies in the shop both stated that a small was eqv to a ladies 12 - its not. then there is the service told it would be ready to collect on the Wednesday, visited Thursday to be told they had delivered it to school, which would be great had I not driven 25 miles to collect. no mention at time of purchase that a deliver to school options. they have a monopoly on school uniform for our school so sadly can't get away from dealing with them. - one year on and still as awful as every, when will the schools find a better supplier
